A: Trainings are hosted regularly and announced in the Communications Server. Keep an eye out for session notifications and join on time. 

A: To report a player, gather clear evidence (screenshots or video) and submit it through the ticket system in our Communications Server. Our staff will review the case promptly. 

A: No. All ranks must be earned by completing trainings and being active. We do not allow rank skipping or paid promotions. 

A: No. Vortrex Prison does not support pay-to-win systems. All ranks and department roles must be earned through training, activity, and commitment. This ensures fairness and keeps the experience realistic for all players.

A: Absolutely! We welcome community feedback. You can post suggestions in the designated #suggestions channel in our Communications Server. We review ideas regularly to improve the experience. 

A: Facility Specialists are selected only through applications. When applications are open, a form will be posted in the Communications Server. 

A: Department access is granted through applications only. When department applications open, you’ll find the form in the Communications Server. Each department has its own requirements, so make sure to read carefully and submit a well-written application to be considered.
